These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aero Detailing website and your booking of services with Aero Detailing, a mobile auto detailing business owned and operated by Alex Hatem, based in South Lyon, Michigan. By submitting a booking request, calling, texting, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Aero Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services, including interior detailing, exterior detailing, and full detail packages, at a location of your choosing within our service area: South Lyon, Brighton, Milford, New Hudson, and Whitmore Lake, Michigan. We come to you rather than requiring drop-off at a shop.
You can request an appointment through our online booking form, by phone, or by text. All appointment requests are subject to availability and are confirmed by phone or text before your service date. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking if we are unable to reasonably accommodate it.
Prices listed on our website and booking form are estimates based on standard vehicle size and condition. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition and size of your vehicle, including but not limited to excess dirt, pet hair, staining, or odor beyond what is typical. If we determine that additional work or an add-on is needed once we see your vehicle, we will let you know before proceeding.
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible, ideally at least 24 hours, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to another customer. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments with us.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We process payments through our booking and CRM platform, GoHighLevel. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
You are responsible for removing valuables, personal items, and anything you do not want handled during the detailing service from your vehicle before we arrive. Aero Detailing is not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.
Because we provide mobile service, you are responsible for providing reasonable access to your vehicle at the agreed location, including parking space and, where needed for the selected service, access to an outdoor power outlet and a nearby water source. If access is not available, we may need to limit the scope of service, reschedule, or apply an additional fee.
Please tell us about any pre-existing damage, worn or fragile trim, aftermarket modifications, or areas of concern on your vehicle before we begin service. We use professional-grade products and reasonable care on every vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, and we cannot guarantee that every stain, odor, or condition will be fully removed, as results depend on the vehicle's individual condition.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aero Detailing's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Aero Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Michigan law.

By opting in to text messages through our booking form, or by providing your phone number and consenting to be contacted, you agree to receive text messages from Aero Detailing related to appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, review requests, and occasional promotions.
Consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any service from Aero Detailing.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, book an appointment, or opt in to receive text messages from Aero Detailing. By booking a service or consenting to receive SMS messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly provide services to, or send text messages to, anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected information or SMS consent from someone under 18, we will delete that information and remove the number from our messaging program. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
